12月にピッタリなXmasメニュー


まずはキュウリで、もみの木



サラダは、リースを意識した
華やかな盛り付け

この量を『柿安』で買ったら
目玉飛び出すお値段です (笑)



ガトーレギュームは
パウンド型を使って
野菜と卵の重ね焼き


お待ちかねの試食タイム




パエリアも炊き上がりました
ジューシーなスペアリブが
たーっぷり載ってます。




取り分けて貰ってます。
スベアリブが柔らかくて
ウマウマです。
お代わりしちゃいました。


デザートもあります。
イチゴムースのXmasケーキ

nachicさんのスィーツは
お腹いっぱいでも
ペロリと食べられちゃう




シュトーレンとクグロフも！


美味しかったぁ

いろいろおうちでも作ってくださって、ありがとうございます。
春はお料理教室ごはん部、やろうと思ってたのにね〜(涙)。
旦那様もお料理習われて、腕が上がってきたみたいですね。
